I use the South African Post Office.  All packages are sent via registered mail  / airmail which will always include a tracking number.

Delivery times (including processing of your order) within South Africa will be 11 – 15 working days, International delivery will be 13 – 18 working days. The parcel will be delivered to your local post office.

The standard pricing for local orders are R80 for parcels under 2kg.

International orders are R100 for parcels under 2kg.

Any purchase that has a weight over 2kg will be charged accordingly, however, orders that exceed R3000 will receive free shipping.

Upgrade/courier:

You can upgrade your shipping to courier to shorten the delivery time and deliver ‘to your door’.

As I use real natural elements in my products, it is very important to understand where I source it from.

Flowers / Plants / Butterflies:

The flowers I use in my art is wildcrafted where they thrive in abundance, or from my local florists. I then press and dry these beautiful specimens for later use.

Butterflies in art may seem controversial for some. My belief is that butterflies are an expression of nature and as all things complete the circle of life. I aim to only let them ‘live on’ through my art, so we may continue to admire them.

All butterfly wings are sourced only from CBISA, where they live happy full lives in the butterfly sanctuaries. View CBISA for further information on their efforts of conserving South African butterflies.

My butterfly products are few due to the way it is sourced.

Oils / Herbs:

All oils and herbs used in my body products are sourced from local suppliers and is 100% natural.

Glass jewellery and decor:

Do not submerge pressed art pieces under water, as it is not fully waterproof, single pieces of glass however is waterproof.

To keep your soldered edges shiny, clean with a damp cloth carefully. A metal polisher such as ‘Brasso’ can also be used.

Body Products:

Store in cool dry places out of direct sunlight.

As the soap is handmade with only a variety of saponified oils / butters, it may soften quicker than store bought soap. Keep it dry in-between use (tip: lay it on a soap dish where the water drains properly).

Any excess gelling of the soap caused by a too moist condition can be stored in a glass or porcelain bowl, and be scooped out for use as needed.

I accept returns within the following conditions:

+ You may contact me within 7 days of delivery, and arrange to ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
